New patients begin with the initial visit. Use follow-up only if Axel has already completed your initial Weight & Metabolic Care visit.
Final connection pending: Stripe collaborator access is still required before these live payment buttons can be safely activated.
Patient cancellations and missed appointments are non-refundable. If PatchPoint cancels, you may choose a refund or reschedule. Visit prices do not include medications, laboratory work, imaging, or other third-party costs.
